TIME TO HIT THE GYM


I woke up early today and my biceps and triceps were a little sluggish, well what do I expect, been ridiculously lazy the past few weeks. I want better muscle condition, endurance and lets not lie , a little added muscle wouldn't be minded. The first step to getting in shape is...just ease my way back into it, go for say 1 hour of weight training to start with, then let enthusiasm build. I'd say the main thing is to not go in too hard too fast - everytime I've done that I've burned myself out. Turn it into a habit rather than doing it to achieve something specific, make it a lifestyle rather than something you're doing to achieve a cut, defined shape.
